The bar is always alive with the drinks and sounds of Bainoa, Cuba, and the restaurant is abuzz with people savoring the food! Café Laguardia has personality—there is no denying that—in the form of it's friendly host, its barstaff and waitstaff, and you, the customers.

As you enter Laguardia from the street, you can instantly sense there are actually THREE personalities: the bar, the restaurant and the lounge.

The lounge was designed as a place that would represent the original restaurant in Bainoa, Cuba; a place where good friends could meet and sit comfortably, have a Cuban drink, and talk without the added pressure of having to eat. It's your call.

The fireside lounge

The fireplace and mantlepiece are a nice touch, adding a warmth to the lounge on those cool Chicago evenings, and you only have to sit in one of the leather couches once to really feel at home at Laguardia!

Some say the lively bar or the energetic restaurant is the heart of the establishment but the lounge is where you can feel at home with friends, experiencing what the original Café Laguardia was all about.
