From our fully-stocked bar, we try to provide a comfortable, relaxing yet lively atomosphere where you can choose from our wide selection of Cuban drinks, non-alcoholic Cuban drinks, cocktails, beers, Champagne and wines, listen to great samba music and chat with friends.
Drinks Menu Highlights
We now serve many excellent Spanish reds (2003 Arret, Garnacha Rosado) and whites (2003 Laxas Albarino), Californian Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. Come and try them with your dinner or as an evening tasting; the "lovely Rosado" is perfect for the warmer months.

- Caribbean Cocktails
Try the Caipirinha - made with fresh squeezed limes, sugar and the best Brazilian Rum; the Caipiroska - same as above with vodka; Margarita de Cuba - a Margarita wearing her "summer dress"; flavored Mojitos - raspberry, coconut, lemon, mango, pineapple of apple; our Mai-Tai -
a refreshing tropical drink made with Bacardi Rum and tropical juices.

We also have deep freeze cocktails such as the Mango Margarita, Melango Colada, Piña Colada, Mocha Freeze, Strawberry Daiquiri and Mudslide among many others.

The Hypnotiq Martini - Grey Goose vodka with cognac; Laguardia Martini - see recipe below; Hemmingway Martini - Ciroc vodka, Chambord and a splash of pineapple; Caribbean Cosmopolitan Martini - Absolut Citron, cranberry juice, Rose's Lime Juice, Grand Marnier and a lime wedge.

For your favorite Cadillac/Premium Margaritas: Cazadores, Herradura, Chinaco, Don Julio, Sauza Tres, Patron, 1800 and Jose Cuervo.
- Non-Alcoholic
From soft drinks to iced tea, lemonade to milk, San Pellegrino to Evian, cappucino to café con leche, we serve many drinks for those who drive, are nominated drivers... or don't drink at all! Try the Julian Special, a delightful and refreshing tropical drink poured into a Martini glass garnished with orange and a cherry!

Myers Rum, Chambord, Midori, Peach Schnapps, cranberry with a hint of pineapple. An absolutely amazing drink, garnished with an orange slice and a cherry.
